Wreath in a Jar

Aaah.  It's that time of year again.  Time to come up with something to give those saints who take care of and teach my little one all day at preschool.  I came up with these cute "Wreath in a Jar" gifts to say thank you.  Super easy and super cute.  Take a look.  Enjoy!
