What a great cake idea. This legal pad cake was in honor of the birthday boy's propensity to fill spiral bound notebooks with daily to-do lists. They requested his company logo as well (done as a sugar cookie medallion, along with the spiral binding at the top). A very sweet and thoughtful birthday cake. Enjoy!
